Which audio formats are supported?
MP3, M4A, WAV, MPEG and audio tracks exported from MP4/MOV files up to 100 MB.
How does the guest trial work?
Every new device gets 5 minutes of translation credits valid for 7 days. This allows you to verify accuracy before subscribing.
Is there a free trial for Nova Pro?
Eligible new subscribers get a 3-day free trial of Nova Pro through the App Store. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged $7.99/month. Every new account also gets a separate guest trial of 5 minutes for 7 days before subscribing.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Monthly subscription minutes reset at the start of each billing period. One-time add-on minutes never expire and are consumed after monthly quotas.
Is my audio data stored?
No. Uploaded files are streamed to the transcribing engine in memory and immediately discarded. Stored transcripts are kept for 30 days and auto-delete.
